D.Pharm is a branch of pharmacy which makes you a well trained pharmacist in 2 years. There may not be much career growth but you will get quick access in the pharmacy field.
To pursue a D.Pharm course, you need to have passed your 12th grade. You must have passed your intermediate exams with a science stream. After completing D.Pharm, you will receive a license which allows you to open a medical shop and also apply for government pharmacist positions. If you wish to pursue further studies, you can get lateral admission into B.Pharm, which allows you to complete the four-year course in three years.

To get admission in D.Pharm, students must have passed 12th grade with a science stream. If the student studies from a government college, then he will be required to appear for CUET exam for central colleges and if he studies from a state college, then he will be required to appear for the state level entrance exam.
