What happened at the rally “VOTE CHOR GADDI CHHOD” organized by the Congress party?

Following Rahul Gandhi‘s call, a protest is being held today at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi with the slogan “VOTE CHOR GADDI CHHOD!” Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said, “PM Modi’s confidence has eroded. Amit Shah’s hands are shaking. He knows he’s been caught stealing.”

Rahul Gandhi said today that he questioned and challenged Amit Shah, but Shah got scared and was not composed while speaking in Parliament; his hands were trembling. During his speech, he also said that people like Amit Shah can get their way only as long as they have power.

Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge said, “These people (the central government) have even stolen our Vande Mataram. These people create rifts between Nehru and Patel. They attack Gandhi, Nehru, and Ambedkar. You must remove these traitors.”

VOTE CHOR GADDI CHHOD; Is vote rigging really happening?

Rahul Gandhi has been shouting for the past few months that the Election Commission is working under the government. Is this really happening? If so, then:

• Why hasn’t Rahul Gandhi gone to court yet?
• If the Election Commission has tampered with the EVMs, then when the Election Commission held an exhibition and invited all parties and experts, saying that if they could find any fault, they would stop using EVMs for voting, why didn’t Rahul Gandhi do anything then?
• When the footage is available for 45 days, why doesn’t Rahul Gandhi go and check the CCTV footage?
• If votes are being stolen, then why are they even contesting the elections?

Is walking out of Parliament every time the right thing to do? Is this the only option the opposition has?

How long will the election committee remain silent?

How long will the Election Committee remain silent like this? Isn’t it their job to clarify this matter? If they are right, why aren’t they filing a defamation case against the opposition? Chief Election Commissioner of India Gyanesh Kumar had said in a press release that if Rahul Gandhi is not able to do this then he will have to apologize to the Election Commission, if he does not want to apologize then he should go to the court, then why is he not apologetic till now?
